Belinda led ASIC’s capital markets oversight teams from 2007 – through the global financial crisis, and attendant market crisis in Australia. ASIC implemented the most significant securities market infrastructure reforms in 20 years, with the broad support of the industry.
Since then she has built a NED portfolio, with a particular focus on the financial services and infrastructure industries.
