In 2014, Baumgarten became a multinational company acquiring plants in Argentina and Mexico, strengthening its presence in Latin America.
2016
In 2016, Baumgarten announced a merger agreement with the german companies RAKO and X-label, giving rise to the All4Labels Group.
2018
In 2018, the All4Labels Group merged with another leader in packaging solutions in Italy, the company Nuceria.
