We are a Precision CNC Machining Contract Manufacturer located in Blanchester Ohio. We operate in a 21,000 square foot facility on 14 acres. Blanchester is a suburb of Cincinnati.
We would hope to familiarize you with our extensive capabilities, sparking some interest, that would allow us a chance to work together on your outsourced machining needs.
To begin, we offer CNC Vertical and Horizontal machining. Full 4 axis work with 5 axis positioning is common to us. Being able to complete a part in one machining operation allows us to fulfill our Customers needs in a very cost effective manner.
We have Turning capabilities, with sub spindles and live tools. We offer chucking capacity on parts up to 12” diameter as well as barfeed capabilities up to 3” diameter round stock.
We also offer CNC cylindrical grinding between centers with our 3 Studor S30 Lean Pro CNC Cylindrical Grinders. Our grinding department also includes surface and centerless grinding. By keeping these operations in house, we are better able to meet our Customers delivery needs.
CNC Swiss machining up to 32MM diameter is also within our capabilities. By using the sub spindle and live tooling capability offered by Swiss machining, we are able to run many parts complete in a single operation that historically would require several different setups. We have a full-service Inspection Department, with 2 full time Quality Control employees and additional floor employees trained to perform in-depth inspections as needed. We do offer Contract Inspection to our Customers that have a need for that. Our Mitutoyo CMM has a work envelope of about 27” x 39” x 23” and can perform in-depth inspections and reporting for any industry. We have been ISO Certified since 2007 and are currently certified to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
