B. Lazic & Co LLC is a boutique law firm, founded in 2018 in Cyprus by an experienced advocate, specialising, at the time, in both contentious and non-contentious corporate matters. Over the years, while maintaining its M&A practice, the firm's expertise in the fields of corporate, contractual, and other civil disputes (covering litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution nationally and internationally) grew significantly. Building on that momentum, the practice now also encompasses white collar crime and matters concerning bilateral cooperation between states, including cases of recognition and enforcement of foreign awards and extradition matters. Our commitment is to serve justice and act in the best interests of our clients at all times by providing independent and honest legal advice and representation. In doing so, we act with integrity and apply a pragmatic approach. The multilingual skills of our advocates result in most cases, we are instructed on, having an international element (some more than others). Thus, our network is significant, spanning from the Caribbean (BVI and other jurisdictions), spreading through the UK, Serbia and the former Yugoslavia region, Ukraine, Russia and East and Southeastern Asian jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Singapore). In addition to Cyprus, we have a presence, whether through partner firms or directly, in London, Belgrade, Dubai, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
