The founders of the company Carey Faulkner and Melloney Gillham have between them over 30 years’ experience in the hair & beauty industry and wanted to create something unique and extraordinary in their joint business together. Partners in business and in life they wanted to start a new salon business that was about the experience of the guest creating superior service with beautiful hair and professional recommendation. We truly love what we do and have a passion for hairdressing and customer services. A business is only as good as it team and we are fortunate to have an incredible talented bunch of passionate hair stylists who represent the brand philosophy of good people, achieving good things in good ways! It’s now one of the most sought after hair salons in Bracknell and the surrounding area, winning numerous awards along the way and fast becoming the in-destination to have your hair done. Why B.O.B? B.O.B is a classic & timeless haircut & style made famous by legendary hairdresser Vidal Sassoon and we want to inherit a classic & timeless business. B.O.B is an abbreviation of a membership scheme called Blow Out Bar to buy bundles of Blow-Outs and B.O.B was the affectionate name of my late father and inspiration behind the company.
