Association of Persons B.S.L. Infra is the implementer of the project Rail Baltica railway station and the related infrastructure at Riga International Airport.
The association of persons consists of the Austrian company Swietelsky AG and Latvian construction companies – road construction company SIA Binders and one of the largest construction companies in Latvia, which specialises in the construction of multifunctional objects - AS LNK Industries. The Rail Baltica project in the territory of Riga International Airport will be the first high-speed railway and air traffic connection center in the Baltics.
B.S.L. Infra plans to carry out the construction work successively in 5 stages, by December 2025.
