The objective of this unit is to support the Customer, within a path able to meet his needs, providing him with a high quality product, ready to enter his production chain or to be placed directly on the market.
The fields of application of the service range from automotive, power electronics, civil automation, industrial automation, telecommunications and IOT and much more.
B810 EMS, thanks to its plants in Reggio Emilia (Italy) and Durres (Albania), offers services ranging from design and testing of electronic boards and equipment; these processes are managed both on a work account and on a full account basis and continue, where required, with mechanical assembly, packaging and logistics management. The process organization is in fact tuned for a complete supply chain management, extending its skills to regeneration and refurbishment.
The control of the entire supply chain through software dedicated to the traceability and monitoring of production processes allows continuous improvement in terms of assistance and quality of products and services, since the safety and efficiency of customers' plants depend on the reliability of production.
The services of the B810 EMS division are conveyed not only to industrial companies, providing a service on behalf of third parties, but also to other divisions within the Group.
B810 EMS allows you to maintain control of the hardware production part both in terms of quality and production costs, which is increasingly important in the early stages of digital software design. This unit includes the production department, but it is thanks to a dedicated team of sales, project managers and designers that B810 EMS is able to focus on the production of the product achieving high quality and performance.
