Work consist of trench excavation, backfill and compaction; support of excavation; temporary bypass for water services; dewatering; support of existing utilities; off-site disposal of excavated material; furnishing and installing water main pipe, fittings, valves, fire hydrants, water services; ground and pavement restoration; maintenance of traffic; removal of abandonment of existing water system; and all incidental work necessary to construct and complete the work as indicated on the contract drawings and specified.
