We are a consultancy practice located in London. Our advice is based on over 25 years of sound practical knowledge and experience. We have a broad range of clients (predominantly in the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors). We believe that our clients value our commercial approach to problem solving and our determination to see that projects succeed and are delivered at best value. Our advice is sought on a regular basis by solicitors and statutory authorities, including Magic Circle firms. We have worked extensively with large retail outlets as well as industry, news media, theatre and foreign sports federations. Our planning division has won several notable appeals and inquiries and has established a precedent for specific Certificates of Lawful Use. We still always find time for pro bono work, and assist several charities with advice and applications.
