The Baan Tepa dining experience is an interactive one. Guests are welcomed into the home with a garden tour to learn more about the ingredients in the culinary journey that they are about to embark on.
The kitchen is a learning space, where local ingredients meets collaboration and exploration. Diners are invited to enjoy a course with the Chefs where they can engage in conversation and discover new ingredients and cooking methods. The menu will change seasonally and we plan to curate and cook with the highest quality of Thai ingredients grown and raised for us by like minded small farming communities, with shared philosophy for sustainability, quality and the environment.
