The Client shall not deduct any amount from our monthly arbitrarily and without prior acceptance on our official letter head the amount to be deducted for reason.TermsConditions : -Normally the contract is executed for minimum period of one year. The strength of the security personnel can be decreased/ increased only after mutual discussion during the contractual period the contract can be terminated by either party during the tenure by giving the prior notice or payment in lieu. On receipt of our bill full final dues vide demand draft or cash payment shall be done/ made failing which we shall with drawl our guarding personnel. However if we do not receive the contract termination letter at least one month prior to contact expiry date the contract shall be automatically stood renewed for a further period of one year.Facility management : -We are also pleased to introduce you here about our group company BABA SECURITY SERVICE LABOUR SUPPLIERS.
