Baseput Catering is a food stall and catering services located in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Its specialization is Indonesian cuisines using traditional recipes. Our signature menu such as Nasi Babi Goreng Lengkuas (Fried Pork with Galangal and Rice) served with Sambal Matah and Sambal Serai and Nasi Babi Goreng Rica (Spicy Fried Pork with Rice) cooks using combination of traditional recipes from Dayak, Batak, Bali, Manado, Jawa, etc that will bring you the richness of Indonesia's flavor. Our tagline is "Babi Cita Rasa Indonesia", the purpose is to introduce people to the variety and uniqueness of Indonesia's Pork traditional cuisine and it is served at one place.
