The Baby Ubuntu programme is an 11-modular group participatory programme, co-facilitated by expert caregivers.
The themes running through the programme include promoting inclusion and participation, maximising developmental potential, health and quality of life, promoting caregiver empowerment through peer support and information sharing and addressing stigma and human rights
The programme was developed in Uganda in 2015 through an iterative process with consultation with global expert panel and parental input. The programme is supported by a portfolio of evidence.
