Babylon House

Babylon House is chat made for the classroom. On other platforms, the central chat room can be intimidating and distracting for students. Babylon House fixes that. All student messages are visible to you, but not to the other students. You can choose when to broadcast student questions, answers, and comments to the whole class. Other platforms aren't built for teaching. They make you manage a chaotic central chat room, and constantly switch back and forth between student direct messages. Babylon House fixes that. Teachers (and TAs) see every message from all the students in the class. Our clustering technology puts similar messages together, so you can respond to a whole group of students at once.
