BACE Careers

BACE originally piloted in 2008, addresses the unique needs and challenges of employers and institutions, including military academies. BACE is a non-partisan registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. All donations are tax deductible. BACE is nationally recognized providing a forum advancing org transformation, supplier development, social impact and reporting. *BACE coordinates advanced levels of collaboration between colleges and employers (Administrators, Faculty, University & College Career & HR Staff, and Development/CSR teams) *BACE partners with industry and tourism leaders for CSR initiatives including conference service opportunities with local communities *BACE supports colleges and universities in alliance with leadership, faculty, alumni and programmatic development *BACE V-SUITE, a career and entrepreneurship center for military, veterans and spouses in collaboration with the Breedlove Accelerator and the Veterans Advocacy Group *Resource and training partner for universities, colleges, academies, departments, student and alumni groups *Generate internship, career opportunities and leadership development for students & alumni *Inspire and lead the development of academic research that supports industry and institutional excellence and transformation *Addresses barriers to talent recruitment and retention including whole health initiatives and employer/business benefits
