Back Pocket Office was launched by Laura Robson following a fast-paced career as a healthcare scientist, which included roles in Training and Development Manager, People Management, and technical duties that required extreme attention to detail.
After 13 years working in the NHS, Laura then moved into a project delivery role at a healthcare IT company. This was an opportunity to channel her “inner tech nerd”, as the company built intricate systems for hospital pathology departments. Laura worked closely with NHS teams to design and configure IT solutions bespoke to their requirements, enabling her to expand her understanding of setting up systems, conducting process reviews, and training entire teams.
Fast forward to today and Laura is at the helm of Back Pocket Office, which provides virtual assistant services and specialist systems support to microbusinesses and SMEs around the UK. Working with sole traders, entrepreneurs and company directors, our mission is to enhance and futureproof your business processes and set you up for sustainable growth.
