Parenting Made Joyful™ is a parent coaching company dedicated to supporting and educating parents in the workplace via their HR department so they can be the top performers you hired. PMJ™ offers an online subscription parent coaching membership for companies who understand the enormous financial impact of losing and replacing talented employees. Drawing on thousands of one-on-one families over nearly 2 decades of experience solving the most frustrating parenting dilemmas, I also sit on the Pampers Advisory Board and have been featured on Fox and CBS News as a parenting expert. I did product development for two large baby brands: Lumi by Pampers as well the LectroFan Kinder infant sound machine by Sound Of Sleep. My segue into the HR space came as a result of working with several hundred parents over the years who collectively had one complaint I kept hearing time and time again: "I can't keep up at work when I'm sleep-deprived and stressed about my kids." I created Parenting Made Joyful™ to address this costly mistake of not offering parents support to fix these issues.
