Backcast Partners Management, LLC is a private capital investment business providing debt and equity solutions for middle market companies through our dedicated managed funds. Founded by three former senior Blackstone investment professionals, we are long-term, committed middle market investors offering flexible financial and unique human capital solutions. Backcast predominantly focuses on traditional middle market companies with EBITDA of $10M-$50M. We invest in businesses owned or backed by private equity firms, as well as businesses owned by families, management teams, or others. We provide capital for acquisitions, strategic and growth initiatives, or simply to refinance existing capital structures. Through our committed network of over 50 corporate operating partners with C-level experience across most industries, and our strategic partnership with leading middle market private equity firm Centre Partners, we provide experience, insight and contacts that benefit our portfolio in ways that augment our financial capital, and continue to do so after the duration of our investment.
