Backhaus means "Bakery House" in German. We created our brand in 2004, inspired by the bread and sugar house in the story of Hansel and Gretel. We are most innovative artisan bakery in Turkiye. We serve a wide rang e of artisan flavors, from breads to pastries, cakes, cookies,and macarons in our 10 branches in popular location in Istanbul. After Istinye Park, Kanyon, Nisantası, Gokturk, Atakoy and Beykent, we opened our last branch at New Istanbul Airport in December 2023.
At the same time, we have been the preferred solution partner of 5-star hotels, premium catering companies, airline companies and cafes in Istanbul for more than 15 years. Today, we deliver a wide variety of fresh artisan flavors to more than 150 horeca customers on a daily basis. In 2024, We established Turkiye's largest artisan baked goods factory in Ayazağa with an area of 13500 m2. From our new factory, we serve more customers in Istanbul both fresh and frozen, and with our frozen technology, we deliver it to distinguished hotels, restaurants and cafes all over Turkiye and around world.
