Back Office Ninjas was born out of a desire to see businesses THRIVE! Cynthia Adams, Our Master Ninja President and Managing Partner, saw many business owners struggling with back-office processes. She realized that they did not want to be burdened with accounting, payroll, and other administrative duties. These business owners had a dream! Unfortunately, those dreams were being suffocated by mounds of paperwork.
Using her unique skill set as a human resource professional with an accounting background, Cynthia created a full-scope firm to help business owners get focused on their customers and business growth to get out of the back office.
