BACO COFFEE & SANTUARIO PROJECT
Santuario Project is the only Speciality Coffee Producing Company operating their own farms and wet mills in several countries, directly reaching clients worldwide. Learning about the final consumer tendencies, creating procedures with the most advanced processing protocols, and understanding the chemistry and biology of coffee, help us develop the right flavours from each of the Origins.
Baco Coffee was created in 2020 to give a better service to existing Santuario Clients in Europe, the Middle East, and lower Asia.
We currently have coffees from 5 different origins in our warehouse in Barcelona: Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil and Ethiopia (Joint Venture with Gesha Village). We constantly received coffees from all origins to have unique products for our clients throughout the year.
