Ba-Dastoor: As usual. In its most poetic sense, Ba-Dastoor translates to being ‘unaltered’ - in its most natural form. In our personal journey to learn, unlearn, and explore the world around us through an equitable lens, we at Ba-Dastoor Foundation try to find our way back to our truest selves, over and over, almost as a practice. With these ambitions, we curate, collaborate, and ideate projects which can be taken to organisations and institutions to build inclusive and self-aware generations. Ba-Dastoor Foundation currently runs two programmes. The Conversation Project - attempts to inculcate curiosity around equality and inclusion among children. Project Thought Farm introduces farming to children to adopt a sustainable lifestyle while understanding nutrition, mental health, and climate crisis through the process. We also associate with various NGOs and for-profit social organisations for implementing collaborative projects. So here we are! With ideas, to try and build a diverse and inclusive world, not tomorrow, but starting today. We are here, not to mould but to help each other grow into who we truly are - Ba-Dastoor: unaltered, as usual.
