So, what exactly is a Virtual Assistant?
I'm someone who provides admin, social media and business support for busy freelancers and sole traders. My clients outsource consuming or difficult tasks to me so they have more time to focus on running their business and bringing in new clients.
Here's a few things I can help with:
Admin Support – Tasks range from online research, proofreading, spreadsheet collation and word processing to email and diary management. Although tasks vary depending on what my clients do for a living, if it needs doing I can usually do it!
Social Media – From creating blogs and newsletters to providing management of social media accounts. If you've no clue where to start when it comes to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the like then I can help with that too as I also do training.
Web Services and Management - if you run an online shop, sometimes the chore of uploading products and listings can drain you and take away precious time you could be using to make new creations instead. Etsy shop management (and other e-commerce stores) is one of the services I offer. I can also help with setting up a website or a blog.
