We're a Liverpool based, bespoke residential estate agency. Our founder, Julia Baden, is a qualified property lawyer with considerable experience in handling complex property transactions and providing expert client service.
We love selling all types of homes, but have a particular passion for characterful properties that have a story to tell. We want to make sure that these homes are cherished which is why we take care with the finer marketing details, and showcase any distinguishing features to prospective purchasers. Our passion for property is not artificial, it has been cultivated through a lifelong interest in architectural history and a respect for what came before us. That's what we find captivating.
We pride ourselves on offering a different approach within the estate agency arena by delivering a truly bespoke and friendly service to our clients, with complete professionalism and integrity throughout. Julia has first hand experience of the frustrations involved in buying and selling property and after realising that clients deserve better, decided to devote herself to delivering this service herself. Julia left her job as a property lawyer in 2021 to set up Baden Properties, and has not looked back since.
