يعد برنامج بادر لحاضنات التقنية الذي تم تأسيسه في عام 2007م، أحد برامج مدينة الملك عبد العزيز للعلوم والتقنية، وهو برنامج وطني شامل يسعى إلى تفعيل وتطوير حاضنات الأعمال التقنية.
برنامج بادر مفتوح لجميع رواد أعمال التقنية السعوديين، ممن لديهم أعمال تقنية في مراحلها المبكرة أو نماذج مبدئية أو ما يدل على فكرة المنتج.
BADIR means “Initiate” in Arabic and the BADIR program opens the door on business development support to people who have a viable technology idea that can be commercialized into a business opportunity.
King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), the National Research Institute of Saudi Arabia, created the BADIR innovation and technology program to meet some of the objectives of the National Technology and Science Plan.
