Wanneer u geconfronteerd wordt met brandschade, waterschade, stormschade, bliksemschade, ... of het slachtoffer bent geweest van een diefstal, zal uw verzekeringsmaatschappij haar expert en/of inspecteur aanstellen om uw schade te begroten. Als verzekerde hebt u het volste recht om uw eigen expert, ook privé-expert of tegenexpert, pro-actief aan te duiden. Dit recht is vrijwel in alle woningpolissen opgenomen en bepaalt dat de kosten van uw eigen expert ten laste genomen worden door de verzekeringsmaatschappij. U laten bijstaan door Baeselen & Co is daardoor veelal gratis.
We zullen nauwlettend nagaan of uw schadeclaim alle vorderingen omvat die uw verzekeringspolis toelaat. Daarnaast zal onze voornaamste taak bestaan uit het minnelijk onderhandelen met de aangestelde expert en/of inspecteur van de maatschappij om voor u de optimale vergoeding te bekomen waar u daadwerkelijk recht op heeft.

Vous êtes victime d'un vol, incendie, dégâts des eaux, foudre, tempête, grêle ou inondation… Votre compagnie d'assurance mandatera un expert et/ou un inspecteur pour procéder à l’estimation de votre dommage. En tant qu’assuré vous êtes également en droit de mandater immédiatement votre propre expert, appelé aussi expert pour l'assuré ou contre-expert. Utilisez ce droit qui est d’ailleurs repris dans la plupart des polices habitation et stipule que les frais de votre expert sont à charge de la compagnie d’assurance. L’expertise ou contre-expertise par Baeselen & Co est donc le plus souvent gratuite.
Notre tâche principale sera la négociation amiable avec l’expert et/ou inspecteur de la compagnie pour vous obtenir l’indemnité maximale à laquelle vous avez droit. Ceci en fonction des garanties souscrites, tout en veillant à n’en oublier aucune.
