About Bagel Lab EPFL
Bagel Lab is a project created by student from the course Managing Organizations, held at EPFL. Its purpose is to teach future engineers of the school about challenges such as efficient teamwork, communication and logistics. During the academic year 2022-2023, 12 students managed to successfully run the Bagel Lab food truck, starting from scratch. They served delicious recipies, with local and eco-friendly products.
