Baileys Pegs (Pty) Ltd was established in 2000 with the goal of manufacturing high quality clothes pegs and coathangers for the Southern African market. Our primary manufacturing facility is based in Greytown, Kwa-Zulu Natal, and we are proud to be one of the largest employers in the Umvoti Municipality area. Every product purchased from Baileys Pegs promotes sustainable employment opportunities and job creation for rural South Africans.
We source our raw materials from reputable South African suppliers. Our wooden clothes pegs and coathangers are produced from specially selected timber grown in well-managed forests that are FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certified and for every tree we fell we plant another. We supply our own brands and private label/housebrand products to many of South Africa’s favourite retailers, including Pick ‘n Pay, Shoprite/Checkers, Clicks, Game, Makro and Boxer. We are a proudly South African company committed to producing high quality durable products.
