Bakels are an international group which manufactures, distributes and technically supports innovative baking ingredients and solutions to bakery and confectionery customers across the world. We serve industrial, retail, craft and food service companies in over 120 countries, with headquarters located in Rothenburg, Switzerland, having been founded in Amsterdam in 1904.
Our Mission is to be a technically based company, whose objective is to assist our customers develop, produce and sell (more) bakery products. We will do this by presenting concepts and ingredients which the baker can use to increase their sales and improve quality and efficiency, sustainably. We will back this up with technical support and training.
