Baker Dearing International works with global organisations and governments to implement proven solutions to the challenge of developing high-quality, aspirational employer-led technical education. Our senior management designed and implemented a movement of 44 high schools, called University Technical Colleges, across England over the past 10 years. University Technical Colleges bring together employers with pressing skills needs, and students seeking a blended academic and technical education, to prepare them for the future of work. We have demonstrated that our flexible model can be adapted to fulfil the requirements and context of varied environments. Our experience, track record, and expertise are unique and relevant to all.
