We are BakFFiets.
We cater your lunch, drinks and dinner and transform simple meals into magical moments, from our mobile kitchen. Founded by Wouter Snik and Max Verhaar: 2 friends who found a way to combine their passion for communication and gastronomy during their Bachelor's in Communication and Information Sciences in Tilburg, in the middle of the covid pandemic. We decided to take the leap.
A cargo bike was bought, renovated and converted with our own hands; recipes and arrangements were written and a concept created: BakFFiets (pronounced as Bak-effe-iets). Our journey started in Zaltbommel, where we set up several collaborations with local entrepreneurs and marketed a successful concept (Tour de Bac), where we provided evenings of live cooking with fantastic drinks and the best snacks, in addition to selling streetfood (ProeFF) and hosting several dinners.
Meanwhile, we have been active for some time in Tilburg, where our network and reputation are growing. In Tilburg, we have already taken several events (e.g. Red Head Days, Tilburg Ten Miles) to a higher level, besides hosting some intimate (private) dinners. Why choose us?
