After I had worked for over 23 years in the Human Resources Field and After 2010 Egyptian Revolution,where economic and social changes were sweeping, I decided it is time to start my own business and be my own boss, putting my expertise into testing, by offering training and recruitment consultancies to 2nd party. I had started in 2013, working as an HR Expert in projects funded by 3rd parties such as European Aid and UNDP, UN; and as a freelancer, where I was assigned by companies to provide professional assistance in matter pertaining HR Systems; Also, recruiting others on behalf of firms and companies was a real self-fulfilling passion as it involves most of all matching and helping candidates to grow in their careers.
