We also strive to provide a balance in each meal with a low-fat protein, a good complex carb, and a vegetable. In addition to providing standard macros and other nutritional information to you, we also keep a close eye on sodium; something that is unique to BalanceBleu. We use as many local products as possible and stray far from refined sugars and preservatives. We proudly make our food from scratch, using a variety of herbs and spices to balance your flavor without an overload of salt or sugar.
