Balanced Mind Balanced Body Healing Services was founded in 2016 by Samantha Fitzgerald who is passionate about creating a community focused on holistic healing solutions. We want to teach about the power of the mind, and the body's ability to heal itself.
Our approach starts by looking at the whole person, not just the symptom, which means we ensure that you will feel heard, respected and understood. We empower you to use the tools you are given to begin the process of self healing your mind, body and soul.
Our services integrate a balance of Eastern and Western practices approach to healing as well as including other modalities like Reiki, massage, Ayurevda, breath work, and many others.
