We are a multi-facility Private Practice with locations in Wareham, MA and Brockton, MA. Balance Physical Therapy is unique in the fact that we have a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness. On staff Physical Therapists and Chiropractors come together to optimize patient results. Two professions that are closely related and sometimes competing with each other are instead collaborating under one roof. Other services include weightloss and nutrition, preventative medicine, and health and wellness care. We treat mostly orthopedic diagnoses of all ages with separate areas for pediatric clients.
