As a person in long-term recovery, I help empower transformation and recovery through GAMES - Guidance, Accountability, Mentorship, Education and Spirituality. GAMES provides the foundation necessary to aid an individual in remaining free from the chaos and disruption that drugs, alcohol, and other self-harming actions or addictions create. I provide intervention and independent addiction recovery coaching services to clients seeking support in their journey toward long-term recovery from substance use disorder and other addictive behaviors. Typically the first step is an intervention that includes both the person of concern (the addict/alcoholic), and as many family/community members as possible. My coaching services are client driven. We work together to customize a plan specific to the client's situation, professionally and personally, and then work one-on-one to achieve their goals. In the early stages of our engagement, we may include Harm Reduction strategies to address specific problems.
