This non-alcoholic, additive-free beverage blends pristine mineral water with aromatic esters—fruity and floral compounds naturally released during grape fermentation. It is here that legacy, innovation, and sensory elegance converge. At the heart of Balbin is its exceptional source, naturally springing from a deep artesian well in Moravia. This underground lake, once a canyon, was formed nearly 20 million years ago and is described by hydrologists as a “sand-filled aquarium.” Rising under natural pressure and protected by ancient clay layers, the water absorbs minerals as it travels through rock, untouched by pumps, carrying a unique mineral signature.
