I have successfully applied best practice in shareholder engagement and governance to maximize shareholder support at annual general meetings. I have been confronted with a number of financial, operational and social crisis, as well as shareholder activism. I have built a long-term relationship with investors, particular international/Anglo-Saxons ones.
