The Company, based in Houston, currently is developing major projects in the Texas and Florida markets. The Company’s first project, Balcara at Balmoral (www.balcarabalmoral.com) will be completed in summer 2021. The property is advanced in lease-up and is representative of the Company’s strategy to develop scaled communities in excess of 150 homes and to co-locate with leading Master Planned Communities in high-growth major markets. The Company is in pre-development for a number of large projects in its current markets as well as the Carolinas.
The Company was formed by Paul Davey and Ed Steffelin, who have known one another since 1994 and combined have over 50 years of diverse investment and operational experience in the real estate industry.
