BalconIE is a prefabricated and pre-engineered structural balcony system intended for the European and International Market. The system is designed with a simple top of slab connection which can be used with unitised construction or other methods, the system can be lifted, positioned and then installed from the internal side with simple top connection details, and provide a high level of Health and Safety and compliance with CDM for the design and construction team.
