Started in 1979, Ernie Baldwin and John Harrison, Sr. began paving tennis courts, using to their advantage their care in a quality product and their approach with customers. Today the company has grown to include over 500 + employees, 6 asphalt plants in Metro Atlanta, a bridge division, and a solid relationship with the GDOT, municipalities, developers, and general contractors.
