BalkanSat EOOD, a Special Purpose Company, registered in 2005, solely owned by the Telegraph & Telephone of Bulgaria. BalkanSat EOOD is a Bulgarian company that intends to build, operate and transfer (BOT) the first telecommunication satellite BALKANSAT 30B System. A Private Funded Initiative (PFI) of BalkanSat EOOD to contribute to the emergence of a new offering in the Government secure communications services. A company in good standing registered at the Sofia City Court under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. A company that has been fully complying with CRC’s requirements and standards. A company that owns a valuable and important Satellite Permit. A company in which shareholder structure and ultimate beneficial owner are clearly identified. A company that has no debts and no contingent liabilities.
