Since 2013, the confiserie Ballanger has taken a new turn, with Régis and Victoria aiming to rediscover the traditional fairground confectionery with a modern twist: Churros, crêpes, waffles and doughnuts have been adorned with chocolate, homemade whipped cream and fresh fruit. The classic pommes d'amour still take pride of place in the window, alongside pulled sugar candies and chouchous that are far more gourmet than you remember! Ballanger is a family-run business that is keen to expand, and has a number of goals for the years ahead. In the future, the management would like to continue the momentum by opening other sales outlets, with the main concern being to maintain the quality standards for which the brand is renowned.
