Ballard Brands formed in December 2001 by brothers Paul, Scott and Steve Ballard. It is a privately held, multi-branded restaurant, food and coffee company, based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. We own, operate and franchise restaurants in our portfolio across the United States and in multiple countries world-wide. These brands collectively total nearly 200 locations in both traditional and non-traditional models, and continue to grow. Our portfolio includes brands such as: - PJ's Coffee Of New Orleans - WOW American Eats - Boardhouse Serious Sandwiches - New Orleans Roast Coffee & Tea We are an active member of the Restaurant Leadership Council, the National and Louisiana Restaurant Associations, the International Franchise Association, the National Coffee Association and the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Our goal is to provide best-in-class hospitality experience through our remarkable food and superior service, all in a friendly environment.
