Made by repurposing military surplus - Ballistica’s goal is to turn the military industrial complex's waste into art. The US military budget has become bloated with waste and abuse. According to the Pentagon's internal figures, the department wastes at least $125 billion a year by creating excess amounts of military surplus waste. That money could be invested in things people really need—like, better school facilities, health care, and clean energy.
