Ballistic Ballers CIC is a community interest company dedicated to vital knowledge transference, with a specific focus on financial education. Our mission is rooted in the belief that early gaps in money management education lead to ineffective financial strategies. Committed to addressing educational inequalities, we provide a fair, meaningful, and relevant education beyond current system limitations, concentrating on Money Matters – understanding, managing, controlling, and growing financial resources. Operating in diverse London postcodes, our engagement with young people includes group football coaching sessions, incorporating in-house discussions on current issues, essential life skills, and financial management mentorship. Our program culminates in an impactful "Experience Day," where groups from various postcodes converge for a football tournament, shared meals, and an iconic stadium tour, featuring an extensive in-house group workshop and presentation to enhance financial literacy and life skills. Breaking geographical divides, the "Experience Day" fosters unity among participants from North, South, East, and West London. Ballistic Ballers CIC projects aim to transform lives, empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the financial landscape successfully.
