Balora was a leading Israeli UX Design Consultancy, owned and managed by Zachi Diner and Zvika Guy between the years 2003 and 2010 when it was acquired by NGSoft, a BATM company, and became its User experience Analysis & Design division. Balora services consisted of mobile, web, TV and desktop application design. among its employees was leading professionals in the areas of Human Factors, Software Usability, Interactive Design and visual communications. Balora offered a true multi disciplinary approach, best design methodologies and emphasizes its experience with services covering a new product development cycle: Functional Requirements Specifications, User Interface Analysis and Design, Visual Branding & Corporate Identity development, GUI Design and Production & Usability Testing.
