Bals Led Europe is de verkooporganisatie van de eigen Bals fabriek in China. Al meer dan 60 jaar ontwikkelt en produceert men in Kunshan (Shanghai) lichtbronnen en armaturen voor de Aziatische markt, met name voor China, Indonesië en Singapore.
Bals China heeft zijn eigen test en meetapparatuur. De producten staan onder strenge kwaliteitsnormen zoals TÜV SÜD China, CE, CCC, Singapore Building Council en GS. De organisatie werkt conform ISO 9001 en 14001.
Het is bekend dat de knowhow maar ook de productie op het gebied van LED zich vrijwel geheel concentreert in Shanghai. Zo ook de fabriek van Bals LED Europe Hier komen Research & Development, evenals de kwaliteitsbewaking op één adres samen.
