Hi Everyone. Baltimore Win Foundation Inc, is a non-profit organization that helps people who have been incarcerated to reintegrate into society. We offer training and workforce development programs that teach our clients valuable skills such as computer literacy, financial management, and communication. Our program is a full scholarship for qualified applicants. We also offer a Career Coaching and Job Placement Assistance through our Adopt an Employee Initiative which allows our clients to work with employers who are willing to give them a chance with strict guidelines to start. Our vision is to build a training center that will enable us to expand our. We will monitor our clients for employers, to build trust if needed. Our first session kicked off 1/8/2024 and we trained on Medical Billing & Coding🥳 Classes are self paced so you can start at anytime.
