As advocates for independent living, our goal is to actively help seniors improve their physical, social and emotional wellbeing so they can stay socially connected and continue to thrive in their community. We're also an Aged Care Volunteers Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) provider for the Eastern Suburbs. Open weekdays, 8.30am-4.30pm 45 Talbot Ave, Balwyn 3013 We offer... Exercise Program run by qualified instructors with group classes for all abilities, small gym sessions and personal training. Social Support activities including: - Active Living Program 10am-3pm, Fridays - Fortnightly Luncheon group with guest speakers - Guest speakers, information sessions and special events - Bus Outings - Tuesdays - Wednesday luncheons with entertainment - Home visits - ACVVS - Dog walking - Men's Kitchen cooking classes Plus... - Table Tennis - Volunteer Program - Allied Health Podiatry services - Digital Literacy - Community Garden - Venue Hire - Door-to-door shuttle and car service to and from BEC during business hours
